Hot water units are where Hotsy earns its name and where most trouble starts: burners, coils, fuel systems and thermostats. We work on the whole machine: pumps and unloaders, burner assemblies and heating coils, hoses, guns and nozzles, engines and motors, electrical and controls. Cold water units, gas or electric, get the same bench.
“Use less and save more.” A Hotsy that is tuned right cleans faster on less fuel, less water and less soap. Bring it in before the season, not after the job stalls.
Trailer-mounted systems and fixed wash-bay installations are serviced here too: the pump, burner and plumbing on the machine, the water tank and reels on the trailer. Winterizing, descaling the coil, and getting a system back on line after it sat all winter are the calls we take most.
Need to keep washing while yours is in the shop? The rental yard carries Hotsy hot and cold units, up to the trailer-mounted 3500 PSI system.

The full Hotsy detergent line is on the floor, matched to the mess: degreasers, vehicle wash, aluminum brighteners, food-prep sanitizers and Salt Lick for winter road film.
